With its special formulations, EMZ Compounds act as a very efficient lubricant agent, significantly reducing static ellectricity by the reduction of friction between yarn/yarn and yarn/loom. As an adhesive agent, EMZ Compounds act incorporationg loose fibers into yarn, improving encapsulation and uniformity of the yarns, without significant interference in yarn counts, also reducing size add-on. This alltogether improves the weaving process, regardless the room moisture levels, allowing for a greater yardage per beam. It also presents exellent effects in high and low yarn counts, for ring and open-end spun yarns, reducing significantly the volatile fibers formed in weaving process, improving its performance with fewer loom stops for cleaning.
Here follows, in brief, some features of our sizing product line:
EXTRASIZE - Amylaceous blend with softening agents for cotton and blended yarns with synthetic and artificial yarns. Viscosity varies according to yarn counts and washability levels, this product line allows for different de-sizing processes.
MULTISIZE - Compound for cotton yarns and its blends with synthetic and artificial yarns, with different viscosity levels, depending on the yarn counts used. We offer different features in each products, suitable for different washing levels.
TOPSIZE - Powder form synthetic compounds for cotton yarns and its blends with synthetic and artificial yarns. May be used alone or blended with starch, PVOH or softeners. Indicated for thick, medium or thin yarn counts, and for ring and open-end spun yarns. This product line is higly soluble in hot water and detergents.
EMZ SOFT - Softening agents in several forms, can be used as after wax and lubricant agents, with different formulations, used for cotton yarns and its blends with synthetic or artificial fibers. Indicated for any yarn count, this product line allows for a soft touch, with high lubricity and smoothness. Highly soluble in hot water, can be blended with corn and tapioca starches, acrylates or PVOH. Also indicated for after waxing of synthetic yarns, such as polyester and polyamide. Can be used in hot or cold baths, and is highly soluble in hot water.
